Taking cognizance of this offer, HPSIDC hereby gives notice
to all bidders who participated in the bid on 18/07/2008 and also to
all concerned borrowers/guarantors
and any other person(s) who may be interested in purchase of
the mortgaged assets of this unit at a price higher than the maximum
bid received by submitting the offer in the Head Office of the
HPSIDC on or before 05.08.2008 by 11.00 A.M.
accompanied by earnest money of 10% of the total bid amount by
demand draft payable to HPSIDC.Ltd., Shimla. Offers without earnest
money will not be accepted The
offers should be on prescribed application form which can be
obtained from the Head Office of HPSIDC, Shimla on payment of
Rs.100/-. Alternatively,the
bid application form and Terms & conditions can be down loaded
from the web site of the Corporation i.e. www. hpsidc.nic.in
and submitted to the Corporation alongwith the application fee of
Rs.100/- separately by demand draft.
Negotiations/interse bidding would be held on the same day
at
12.00 Noon
. Final
negotiation for confirmation of sale would also be held on the same
day at 3 P.M. before the Sale Sub-Committee All
other terms and conditions for sale of property remains the same as
advertised earlier in the above mentioned news papers:-
